MOPAR® CONNECT

With the selection of Mopar® Connect services, you have a dedicated assistance service ready to offer support in case of theft, accident or breakdown. In addition, with the new remote functions, you will know where your car is and will be able to conveniently check its status via your smartphone.

My:Assistant

Crash assistance

In the event of heavy impact, the system sends your position to operations center. A my:Assistant operator will contact you and will be able to request help on site.

Theft

It will alert you when unauthorised towing is detected and will enable you to receive support and assistance for recovery of the vehicle.

In the event a breakdown, you can talk to a my:Assistant operator who will locate you and send help at your position.

My:RemoteControl

The system automatically sends a notification if the vehicle is trespassing into a pre-set area setting.

Activate Mopar Connect ®

Request an authorised retailer to install Mopar® Connect device on the vehicle in order to use the services, and subscribe the contract providing your personal data and email address.
You will receive an email with a link for services activation. Register or enter with your FCA account following the link included in the email and enter your vehicle's information to complete the activation.
You will receive a confirmation email when the Mopar® Connect services are active.
