For the first time, Mopar welcomes the public on a stand where personalisation is king. Here, exclusive Mopar accessories enhance several Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Fiat Professional vehicles. These vehicles are a clear example of the role of Mopar, always on the side of all FCA brands. Mopar knows each model in detail and takes care of all customers' needs, both during purchase and after sales, to personalise the vehicle with exclusive services and accessories.
Under the Mopar logo, the bold claim: "At your service". It is the new tag-line that marks the evolution of the brand's positioning and will appear on all communication - corporate, service and product - in the EMEA area. After all, Mopar's history is all about the brand's ability to provide peace of mind, by looking after FCA cars and light commercial vehicles, and the people driving them in particular. Exclusive accessories for Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Fiat Professional models
At the Bologna Motor Show the public will be able to view accessories mounted on Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Jeep Wrangler, Fiat 500X and Fiat Professional's Fullback pick-up. These are a representative sample of the many Mopar accessories that match each other harmoniously, because they are developed within the project platform of the FCA model they are designed for: a solid link that can only be guaranteed by a manufacturer like FCA.
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is a national premiere, personalized with the MoparONE Pack which includes approved accessories and lift kits to improve its off road performance. The preview is an important step for the brand from a strategic point of view, as it is not only an example of how accessories can be fitted in the after-sales phase, but also a true complete and approved Mopar personalisation at the time of sale in the EMEA area. The Wrangler Rubicon - the most extreme vehicle in the Wrangler range, with top off-road capabilities - was powered up with its dedicated MoparONE pack, including: 2" lift kit, steering stabilizers, protection plates and 17" black aluminium rims with Hankook Dynapro 265/75 R17 oversized tyres. To enhance the unique personality of the iconic Wrangler even further, the special "Moparized" Rubicon model is completed by other exclusive Mopar accessories: chrome exhaust, black light-bar with halogen lights for off-roading, bonnet with air intakes, front grill, fuel cap and tubular side steps, shields and other interior enhancements, front half-doors in the same tone as the car exterior, soft top, Mopar badge and front and rear mudflaps.
The exhibition also includes three other FCA vehicles enhanced by Mopar original accessories that show off the brand's unique personalisations, and are able to enhance the car's performance and comfort. A true expression of the advanced technology required by more and more customers. Quality and safety are guaranteed on each accessory from the Mopar range. A working example at the Motor Show is the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce, characterized by sophisticated carbon accessories such as rear spoilers, rear view mirror shields, or specific items like illuminated door sills, oversized exhaust tailpipes, sideskirts with red Alfa inserts, red Alfa Veloce badge, boot organizer and aluminium fuel cap.
The Fiat Professional Fullback on show at the Mopar stand is sure to attract attention: crew cabin with "Titanium Grey" coat and chrome sport bar, chrome side finishes on the doors, door sills and accessorised cargo bed with rigid cover in the same tone as the truck exterior, fully lined with Mopar's own bedliner. A robust and reliable vehicle on any terrain, made even more fit for purpose by the range of Mopar accessories. For commercial vehicles, Mopar accessories effectively address the needs of customers and their businesses. To complete the show, the Fiat 500X with City Look fittings and Bronze livery, enhanced by many accessories from the Mopar range: 18" diamond alloy wheels, roof racks with snowboard carrier, trunk organizer and Chrome pack that features chrome inserts like mouldings for side and bonnet, rear view mirror shields and fog light trims.
The Uconnect LIVE system, the last frontier in infotainment
The extraordinary functions of Uconnect LIVE are also part of Mopar's remit. Its features include the Uconnect LIVE related services - available for the three 5", 6.5" and 7"HD touchscreen tablet-effect devices - and the Bluetooth speaker system, vocal recognition and many music options, in addition to FM/AM radio. The system also features an SMS reader with text-to-speech technology, while DAB digital radio and integrated 3D TomTom navigation are available on demand.
Uconnect LIVE services allow the driver to control a number of applications through the touchscreen, especially designed for safe use while driving. To use the services, customers simply download the Uconnect LIVE App from their smartphone's Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Uconnect LIVE services can be divided into three main areas: infotainment, navigation and maintenance. The infotainment offer includes TuneIn, with over 100,000 internet radio stations from all over the world; internet music service Deezer, with over 35 million streaming tracks; international news provider Reuters; Facebook | Check-In and Twitter, to stay in touch with friends at all times. Vehicles equipped with Uconnect 5'' Radio Nav LIVE, Uconnect 6.5'' Radio Nav LIVE or Uconnect 7" HD Nav LIVE, can also enjoy TomTom LIVE services, with voice commands and real time traffic information. As for maintenance, the my:Car service enables drivers to manage their vehicle's maintenance in the best possible way. Finally, Uconnect LIVE can also be used to access eco:Drive, the award winning driving style app which allows to slash fuel consumption by up to 16% and contributes to reducing CO2 emissions by providing driving tips in real time.
An exclusive of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta model, the "Alfa Performance" service allows drivers to measure their performance, with timers and indicators available on the radio, receive real time driving tips, record driving itineraries and get badges to match their driving style. The "my:Car" and "Efficient Drive" Apps, designed to slash fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, complete the suite of dedicated Uconnect LIVE services for Giulietta.
Mopar Vehicle Protection - "Feeling Good, Driving Happy"
Mopar Vehicle Protection ensures that vehicles are serviced by highly qualified, specialised technicians at authorised FCA service centres, using adequate equipment and tools and only genuine spare parts.
The Mopar Vehicle Protection contracts maintain the vehicles in perfect condition thanks to a wide range of service contracts guaranteed by FCA and designed to ensure the pleasure of driving one's vehicle with peace of mind. The Mopar product portfolio contains a wide and flexible range of extended warranties and service plans, which can be transferred to the new owner if the car is sold. Each plan offers different options in terms of duration and mileage and is designed to meet the different driving requirements of the individual customers, so ensuring that the vehicle works as efficiently as possible in the long-term. The most popular services include MAXIMUM CARE, the extended warranty that covers all mechanical and electrical components for a maximum of three years from the end of the default warranty; and EASY CARE, the pre-paid scheduled service that freezes the price of car servicing for up to 5 years, ensuring customers never miss their yearly maintenance.
The Mopar Vehicle Protection assistance contracts can be signed directly when you purchase a new vehicle and be included (if you like) in the FCA Bank financial offer. EASY CARE can be subscribed to any time before the first service is performed, while MAXIMUM CARE can be subscribed to within 24 months from the date on which the vehicle is registered.

New digital and interactive content for Mopar after sales
Digital communication of the aftersales products and services from Mopar is increasingly aligned with customers' needs. Interactive pages will soon be available online to show the full Mopar range dedicated to some of the models from Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Jeep and Fiat Professional. This tool will enable users to access all online services dedicated to drivers and their cars, such as find-a-service-centre, catalogues of genuine parts and merchandising collections from the Brands' online shops. A service configurator will enable customers to personalise scheduled maintenance services and Mopar Vehicle Protection extended warranties, access a reserved area with exclusive customised promotions, and discover Uconnect's services.

In tune with the new "At your service" tag-line, the corporate Mopar.eu website will soon unveil its new graphics to better serve customers, dealers and workshops. As customers increasingly use Internet as their main source of information, the website will reorganize contents to show the world of Mopar with greater simplicity, clarity and interaction. For example, Mopar.eu will enable easy access to the Dealer Locator to help customers find the nearest dealer, will alert a dedicated support team of any problem or help discover accessories designed for FCA vehicles. There will also be areas dedicated to maintenance, genuine parts, warranty plans and the entire range of after sales products and services from the FCA Group. With a few clicks, users will be able to discover the after sales content from the individual brands of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group; they will be able to select their brand and country for a customised experience which is perfectly integrated with the FCA brands' websites. The corporate website also offers easy access to the Reserved Area, with exclusive services and offers for the owners of Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Jeep, Abarth and Fiat Professional vehicles.
The Mopar.eu website will be available in Italian from December 2nd, and soon also in English, French, German and Spanish.
In line with its mission as Official Service Partner of all Fiat Chrysler Automobiles brands, in 2016 MOPAR started a loyalty scheme in Italy, Germany, Spain and France, based on personalised communication for the given vehicle and brand, which informs customers on maintenance needs linked to the age of their vehicle and offers promotions an original parts, maintenance and servicing as well as custom discounts on Mopar® Vehicle Protection assistance contracts.
In Italy, the scheme resulted in 140,000 additional annual visits to Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Jeep Authorised Service Centres during 2016.
Mopar Express Care (MEC)
Outside the Motor Show, near the test drive area, visitors can explore Mopar Express Care (MEC), the innovative Mopar service that enables the official FCA assistance network to repair customers' vehicles or install accessories in full mobility, wherever the customer may be, at home or in the office. Designed in the Volvera (To) headquarters, Mopar Express Care is the work of a young and dynamic team who chose to use an entrepreneurial approach to the job. A true start-up that focuses its attention on the needs of increasingly demanding customers, always looking to save precious time.
The project is perfectly in line with the mission of the Mopar brand: ensuring a pleasant ownership experience for all FCA customers throughout the life of their vehicle, taking care of the car from the moment it leaves the dealer.
