"At your service" is the new tagline that marks an evolution in the positioning of the brand and will appear on all communications - corporate, service and product - across the EMEA Region. In 2012, with the "More care for your car" claim, Mopar focused on the vehicle. Today, the new "At your service" strapline clearly and directly expresses how the mission of Mopar has evolved with the goal of making its expertise and professionalism available to customers. The campaign made its debut at the international Motor Show in Bologna where the brand set up its own stand packed with customisations, products and services for the first time.
More in detail, Mopar is offering a full range of accessories made to measure for the vehicles of the Group. The products in the catalogue are unique because they were developed by working directly with the design team of the vehicle. In tune with the "At your service" tagline, the corporate Mopar.eu website will soon be going live with new graphics to better serve customers, dealers and workshops. Contents will be reorganised to present the Mopar world and values in simple, clear and interactive terms. For example, Mopar.eu will provide easy access to the Dealer Locator to help customers find the nearest one, will report problems to a dedicated support team and provide help to discover the accessories designed for FCA vehicles. There will also be areas dedicated to maintenance, genuine parts, warranty plans and the entire range of FCA aftersales products and services. Aftersales information dedicated to single FCA brands and the Reserved Area, with exclusive services and offers for the owners of Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Jeep, Abarth and Fiat Professional vehicles, will be just a few clicks of the mouse away.
The Mopar.eu website will be available soon in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
Furthermore, in authorised workshops, customers will find quick and expert repairs and servicing knowing that they can rely on the quality of genuine spare parts. In addition to the very high level of professionalism of operators and the superior quality of all products used, the FCA network can depend on the efficiency of the 21 Mopar Parts Distribution Centres present in the EMEA Region for prompt supplies. This is demonstrated, for example, by the World Class Logistic Bronze level assigned in 2015 to the Distribution Centre of Volvera near Torino.
Customer Care is another strength of Mopar. The operators of the Customer Services Centre in Arese, among others, answer questions, solve the problems of FCA customers in 22 countries and speak 25 different languages. All this and more under the sign of transparency and rapidity.
To ensure driving pleasure and total peace of mind, Mopar offers Mopar® Vehicle Protection service contracts which comprise a wide and flexible range of extended warranties and service plans that can be transferred if the vehicle is sold.
