Mopar® gives Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat Professional, Jeep® and Abarth customers a dedicated Customer Service which provides:

  • information on models, services and the sales and assistance network, receiving notifications and offering the most appropriate solutions.
  • roadside assistance, active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for towing and breakdown recovery requests in the event of faults and accidents.

For any request you can call the toll free number linked to the brand of your car or ask for assistance via the Customer Care mobile applications for smartphone and tablet.

You can contact customer service on the universal freephone number, which can be reached from major European countries and is easy to remember thanks to a rapid dialling system (e.g. 00 800 Fiat 0000). Remember to check that the call is free by contacting your local telephone network operator.

Roadside Assistance

​Travelling with peace of mind and free from worries means travelling in the knowledge that you can always count on roadside assistance that can offer a wide range of solutions for any problems that you may face.
Mopar® has created a series of services that ensure the calm that you and your car need to take on any journey and any road.
This is what Mopar® offers you:​

Repair on the spot

Repair on the spot
If the vehicle is not in a condition to continue the journey because of a breakdown or a punctured tyre, battery run down, lack/wrong fuel, a patrol  will be sent where the Vehicle is located to repair it.

Towing

Towing
If the vehicle is not in a condition to continue the journey, it will be towed to the nearest authorized Dealership.

Courtesy car

In case of vehicle reparation following a breakdown, a replacement  car will be delivered depending on repair time.

Travel expenses

Travel expenses
If the vehicle is not in a condition to continue the journey, a Taxi service will be provided in order to reach the train station or the car rental.

Return home or onward journey

If the Vehicle is immobilised more than 50 km from the place of residence.

Hotel expenses

Hotel expenses
If the Vehicle is immobilised more than 50 km from the place of residence, a stay in a hotel will be organised.

Pickup of Repaired Vehicle

If the Vehicle is immobilised more than 50 km from the place of residence, reimbursement of the travel expenses to recover the repaired vehicle.

Repatriation of the unrepaired vehicle*

If the Vehicle is immobilised abroad and the time needed to repair it is longer than five days, transportation  from the authorized Dealership to the place of residence (or to an authorized dealership  if in the same city of residence).
